Buying car parts online goes wrong in one specific way: the part looks right, arrives, and doesn’t fit. A Golf Mk5 and a Golf Mk6 take different wishbones. A pre-facelift Polo 6R takes a different headlight to the facelift. Generic marketplaces surface parts by keyword, not by fitment, so the mismatch is easy to make and expensive to unwind.

Find Car Parts organises parts the other way round — by model, generation and variant first. Each page covers one part for one specific car, explains what to check before ordering, and lists current prices so you know what a fair one looks like.

How we make money

We are an independent guide, not a retailer. We hold no stock, take no payments, and ship nothing. When you follow a link to a listing and buy, we may earn a commission through the eBay Partner Network. That commission is paid by eBay out of their own margin — the price you pay is exactly the same as it would be going to eBay directly.

We are not paid to feature any particular seller, brand or product, and no seller can buy a better position on the site.

How we use advertising

We advertise on Google Search to reach people looking for a specific part for a specific car. We manage our own advertising for our own account only — we don’t run campaigns on behalf of other businesses, and we don’t resell advertising services.

Our site measures which searches lead to a useful page and which lead nowhere, so we can write the pages people are actually missing. That measurement is anonymous and used only to decide what to build and what to bid on.

Independence and accuracy

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any vehicle manufacturer. Manufacturer and model names are used only to identify the vehicles a part fits. Prices and availability come from live listings and change constantly, so treat anything on the site as a guide rather than a quote.

We work hard on fitment accuracy, but the final check is yours: always confirm a part against your registration or VIN before you buy. If you spot something wrong on a page, tell us — we’d rather fix it than leave it.
